Your hosts at Montfaucon are Penny Willocks, Maeve O' Sullivan, David and Joanne Payan and Bill White. Penny Willocks will be overseeing the daily activities for all tour guests and also act as your guide and host. Penny currently competes in triathlons in her spare time. Off season she is a Radiation Therapist in New Zealand. Maeve O'Sullivan will be assisting Penny as a tour guide and host. Although from California, Maeve is currently studying at the University in Marseille. She was at Montfaucon as a young girl with her parents a number of years ago. David and Joanne Payan have been residents of Limoux for a number of years. Together they will also be your hosts and make sure that you are comfortable and well looked after during your stay. Paul Buick is from New Zealand and has been racing, riding and fixing bikes for 20 years. Over the past 3 years he has come to appreciate that the Limoux area has some of the best bike riding in the world. As for Bill White, Montfaucon's co-owner with his wife Pat — we're still trying to figure out what he's going to do! |
